Enquiries and bookings
Our enquiry form collects your name, contact number, email address and message. If you add stay preferences, these are included in your enquiry. The information is forwarded to bookings@aandemeul.com using the property's existing WordPress form service. It is used to respond to your request. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive documents.
Bookings open in NightsBridge. Information you provide there is handled through its booking service and the accommodation team. Read the NightsBridge privacy policy before submitting booking information.
Browser storage and cookies
We use browser storage for features such as selected dates, saved apartments, comparison choices, animation preferences and your cookie choice. Some preferences remain on your device between visits; you can remove saved apartments using the site controls or clear this site's browser data. Our cookie choice is remembered for up to 180 days.
Optional Google Analytics runs only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures page visits and interactions, such as opening a gallery or checking availability. Enquiry fields and assistant messages are not sent as analytics events. Google processes analytics information, including device and network information, under its privacy policy. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled in our analytics setup. You can decline analytics and still use the site.
. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection by this site; it does not delete information already processed.
Maps, media and the stay assistant
Maps, route services, fonts and embedded media may connect to external providers and share the network information needed to load them. Location-based directions use your position only after you allow access in your browser. You can use directions without sharing a precise location. External websites apply their own privacy notices.
The property guide uses the apartment information built into this website to explain suggested stays. Its conversation remains in your browser. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information in chat.
Your information
Contact the reservations team to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. Information needed to respond to enquiries, manage bookings or meet applicable obligations may be retained by the team and its service providers. Clearing browser storage does not delete submitted enquiries or bookings.
